Reciprocal golf · private clubs
The last phone call members have to make.
ClubToClub isn’t a booking engine. It’s the reciprocal desk: members post the day, the course, and two or three start windows once. The home pro shop still calls the host — with names, windows, and a cell number on one card.

The paper chase
Forty callbacks a week, and the afternoon is gone.
A member wants a tee time at another club, so they fill out a form — or call the pro shop so the shop can fill it out for them. Someone behind the counter pulls the paper list, dials two or three golf shops, checks the rate, the closed day, whether the greens are punched, pencils in a time, and calls the member back.
“Members stop calling the shop. The shop still calls the host — with names, windows, and a cell number on one card.”

A Saturday game without six separate phone calls.

First pick, then backups. The shop calls them in that order.

Queue for the shop
Oldest request first. A text when it’s placed.
Naples first. Then the rest of the country.
Each club has its own address, pin, and roster.
Members only ever use their own club’s link. We write the member kit and the shop pamphlet when a club signs on — nothing is posted here for the taking.

Behind the build
“I built this for the staff and the members, so everyone’s working off the same information instead of chasing it down.”
